About Lillian

About Lillian

I’m Lillian, a UX designer based in Toronto. Growing up in the city’s downtown core, I was surrounded by diverse communities where culture, identity, and expression were evident in everyday details—from how people communicated to how they navigated shared spaces. Those early experiences shaped my ability to observe people and the environments they interact with.

My curiosity first led me to photography, where I learned to capture stories beyond a single moment. This way of seeing naturally evolved into a focus on design, emphasizing systems, context, and experiences rather than isolated screens.

Today, with a Bachelor of Design (Honours) in User Experience Design, I create thoughtful, human-centred experiences across both digital and in-person touchpoints, balancing clarity, empathy, and strategy. I am particularly drawn to work that respects people's lived experiences and makes complex interactions feel more intuitive.

When I’m not designing, I enjoy exploring the city through a creative lens, observing how design quietly shapes everyday life.
