Project Overview
Create a clear, responsive website that simplifies discovery, booking, and gallery access through an integrated CRM.
Role: Content Designer and Brand Designer
Contributions: Competitive analysis, information architecture, navigation design, prototyping, content design and UX writing.
Team: Some of the images and package prices were provided by a team member, while the website and content were mainly developed independently.

Duration: 2 months

Discovery Phase
As a newly launched company, there was no existing product to redesign. The discovery phase focused on analyzing the competitive landscape, particularly photo booth service providers positioned as luxury experiences, to identify opportunities for market entry and differentiation.

Through this analysis, I evaluated competitors’ service offerings, website features, and brand positioning to identify gaps and opportunities
within the luxury photo booth market.

Scope Table
To define deliverables for the initial website launch, I developed a release plan outlining goals, content, and features based on user and business priorities.
This ensured the project remained focused, achievable, and scalable beyond the MVP launch.

Task Flows
This visualization shows how corporate and event clients discover and inquire about services, while also considering casual visitors who browse the site to understand the offerings before deciding to reach out.

The information architecture is structured to connect web content with user profiles and business objectives, facilitating easier navigation.

Develop Phase
Concept Sketches
Early sketches explored potential homepage layouts and content structure.
The focus was on balancing imagery, storytelling, and calls-to-action to ensure users could easily understand offerings and reach the inquiry form.
Moodboard
A visual direction was developed to capture the brand’s premium yet approachable tone.
Key themes included luxury, warmth, and modern minimalism, guiding both photography and colour selection for the final interface.

Style Tile and Logo
The final style tile unified typography, colour palette, iconography, and logo design, forming the foundation of the digital identity system.

Deliver Phase
Since the Blissful Moments Creative website was built in an existing CRM platform, I designed directly in the application instead of creating low-fidelity wireframes.
This approach enabled me to align the design with the platform’s layout, features, and content structure, making the build process easier.
